We are introducing a NEW Fighters-only class, specifically designed for those competing on September 20th or in upcoming events. If you have attended this class previously but are unable or not interested to compete, please return to the Advanced Sparring Class, held on Wednesdays at 8 PM. Additionally, Saturdays at 1 PM will also be reserved exclusively for Fighters.

For non-fighters, a new Saturday class will be added to the schedule soon—stay tuned for updates!
