This is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your fitness journey in a supportive, welcoming, and motivating environment designed to inspire and guide you every step of the way.
Tonight’s class is exclusively for the fighters competing this Sunday. RE-Starting 2025 - this class is taken in our fitness suite. This class will be a 30 minute circuit covering a range of exercises using weights and equipment.
